Minxy – 4 year old female Ginger Domestic Short-Haired Cat

My name is Minxy and I am a female aged 4 years. I was originally a stray and a very kind lady took me in but her landlord wouldn’t allow her to keep me. The staff have found me friendly and when they are in my pen I prefer to come to them for affection rather than being picked up. I would like a home where there are no other pets or children and I will require regular grooming to keep me looking beautiful.

Olly – 7 year old male Ginger Domestic SHort-Haired Cat

Hello my name is Olly. I am about 7yrs old. I have had a bit of a rough time of it lately. I was found locked in a house. I had been there a while – no one knows exactly how long – and when I was found I was very very frightened and very hungry. Although I am safe now I am still very upset and timid. My carers say that they would like to find me a loving new home but they have promised me I will only go when I feel ready to move which may be a few weeks yet as I am still scared. They say though if anyone is interested in offering me a home they can ring and register their details.

I would like a quiet home though with no young children or other pets please.

Thank you for thinking about me.

Olly

Marmalade – 13 year old male Ginger Domestic Short-Haired Cat

Hi my name is Marmalade. I am 13 years old but please don’t stop reading because of my age. I am handsome, and I am very friendly. I like nothing better then laying in the sun or on a bed relaxing. I do like to chat, especially at food time!

I like children, I have lived in a family environment so am used to having children around. Could you be my new family please?

Love, Marmalade

Bubble and Hubble – 3 month old male and female Ginger Domestic Short-Haired Cats

Hello we are Bubble and Hubble who are brother ans sister who are 3 months old. We are very special kittens! We were born blind but that doesn’t stop us playing like any other kittens as our other senses are stronger! We do not let blindness hold us back and we love to play, we know where the food bowl is and our litter tray! Hubble is having real troubles with his eyes so he is going to have an operation to remove them, this sounds extreme but they cause him discomfort so he will then feel a lot better.

We are both such fun and we have been playing with the other kittens here and it is such fun! As we cannot see we really need an indoor only home where objects are not moved around too much as we find our way by remembering where things are. As we require an indoor home we would suit somebody who lives in a flat and is looking for kittens. If you are interested in offering us a home when we are ready please contact the cat team about us for further information and updates.

Bagpuss – Approx 11 year old male Ginger Domestic Short-Haired Cat

Bagpuss is an older, approx 11 year old ginger male cat. He is a big, lovable older fella.  He absolutely adores fuss and cuddles, although he does get rather demanding, and indeed rather ‘possessive’ once he’s climbed on you and wrapped himself around your neck and shoulders! Bagpuss is recovering from a stomach bug, and he does have a food obsession.  He is a very clever and resourceful cat, and he will open fridges and cupboards that do not have child-proof locks in his efforts to scavenge food.  Bagpuss is looking for a new home – perhaps as an only pet (to avoid him eating the food of others) – with an understanding family where he will be given all the attention and love that he craves.
