Fred and Victoria
Introducing the beautiful Victoria (tortoiseshell and white) and her handsome friend, Fred (black and white) both aged 10 months old. These two feral cats were trapped in November, along with six other members of the colony. I have spent some time socialising them, but they need to be in their own home for this process to be complete.
Victoria has become very affectionate, though she is wary of strangers. Fred is developing a wonderfully big personality, but he is still a little skittish. There is a strong bond between these two, even though Fred sometimes appears to dominate his friend, he is actually being playful. She takes no notice of him.
They sometimes have great playfights. With time and patience they will both become wonderful pet cats, but not immediately. It may take several months for them to trust their new humans. They are not yet easy to handle and this should be avoided unless necessary (vets, etc).
I can be contacted by phone or email for any advice concerning settling them. They have been neutered/spayed, dewormed, and deflead but not vaccinated. Their new owner will need to vaccinate them. All the other members of the colony who were tested for Felv/FIV were negative.

Blue
Blue is an adult Tonkinese cross Siamese male who has been returned to the shelter as he was messing in the house. He is a very nervous boy who has never been given the attention from people that he needed when he was young, which means now he is very untrusting and scared.
Blue needs to stay in one room to begin with, with lots of hiding places and litter trays in areas that are secure, safe and quiet places. You will need to give gentle encouragement and have lots of patience, as Blue will need time to settle. Blue would also benefit from living with an existing friendly cat to help show him how to interact with people and hopefully build up his confidence over time.
In the right home we are hopeful that Blue will have a stress-free, scare-free happy life, and possibly in the future begin to come out of his shell and be more trusting and affectionate towards his new owners. He can be rehomed with children 10 years + and must be rehomed with an existing friendly cat.

Eros is a big black male with a white blaze on this chest, who hisses a lot initially but is ‘all mouth and no trousers’! He is very scared and is looking for a loving, stable home where he can relax in a comfy bed. Eros has been beaten up by local neighbourhood cats and wears a large scar on his head to prove it. With this in mind he would love to have a home of his own and take the time he needs to feel secure and settled. He can be rehomed with children 8 years + but must be the only pet in his new home.

Flynn
Flynn is a very energetic and playful young tabby lad despite having a healed fracture in both back legs. This currently does not cause him any problems but he may need an operation later in life. Flynn is a lovely boy and a firm favourite with all the staff.
He can be rehomed with children who won’t pull him about and would be fine to be rehomed with calm animals that won’t be too rough with him.

Bagpuss
Bagpuss is a white and black male who is a bit of a stress head! He cannot cope with being left for long periods of time or in stressful situations. When stressed Bagpuss self harms and makes his stomach sore. At the moment this behaviour is being controlled by wearing a head collar but once in a home hopefully Bagpuss will be able to be weaned off the head collar.
He also has a flea allergy so needs regular treatment with veterinary products. Bagpuss is very affectionate and cuddly. Must be an experienced cat owner. He cannot be rehomed with children or animals.
