Pilchard – 10 year old male Black and White Domestic Short-Haired Cat
I am Pilchard and I am 10 years old. I came into rescue in May 2011 as my owner died and I had lived there since I was a kitten and was used to a quiet home without any children. Unfortunately I am proving difficult to rehome as I have my quirks but once you get to know and understand me I will prove to be a real character. Member of staff Vicky thinks I am a very clever cat and my ways make her laugh. When the staff clean my pen or spend time with me when I see an outstretched arm reaching for a litter tray or bowl I will nip your hand but sometimes I miss! I do this as if it’s a game or because I want attention.
I don’t break the skin although it does make you jump. If I am in a situation that I don’t like e.g. when I am in the cat corridor but it’s time to go back in my pen I can turn it up a notch and people have to take more care. I need an owner who will understand my ways and give me the home I so desperately need.

Sugar and Spice and all that is nice perfectly describe these two sweet girls. Both are house-trained and whilst are very much individuals in their own right, they must be homed together. They are sprightly for two mature ladies and affectionate, responsive to all that are fortunate enough to come their way. They are almost the same aside from Sugar being without her tail which she doesn’t seem to notice!
They both seem much younger as they are lively and agile but are more than content just to be around each other coming and going as they please. All they want is a loving home where they can spend the rest of their days in harmony and as a pair; situated South East England, Hertfordshire.
Angel – 14 year old female Tortoiseshell Domestic SHort-Haired Cat
This sweet little lady is Angel, who is a friendly kitty who would rather be the sole cat for a considerate owner. She is a feminine and responsive girl who readily replies to your touch via a soft nuzzle when you come her way. Angel was a very shy cat but has really come out of her shell over the last year or so and now runs up to you to get a fuss and may even come up on your lap.
All Angel wants is a quiet, caring home where she can snuggle up and make the most of her middle years in comfort and among those who love her; she’s here, waiting! Situated South East England, Herts.

This handsome gentleman is Pipkin. He is an incredibly friendly chap who starts purring the moment he sees you! He loves a bit of affection and has a wonderful nature. Pipkin is a delightful boy who, despite being a little past his prime,
would make a great addition to any home.

Poppy is somewhat younger and is a little less outgoing than Pipkin, but still loves a bit of affection, although preferably on her own terms. She is a quiet cat that will be happy to sit in the background out of everyone’s way.
Poppy - female
These two come as a pair and would brighten up any home. Both cats came to us after their owner sadly passed away and both cats have a treatable condition which requires medication. This doesn’t seem to have affected their behavior or their independence as the best medicine of all for these two is a permanent home where they can live in comfort. Both cats would prefer a household without young

Felix – 8 year old male Black and White Domestic Short-Haired Cat
I am Felix and I am 8 years old. You will find me a friendly and affectionate guy although a little reserved until I get to know you. One of my hobbies has been eating and now I have become a roly-poly I have been put on a diet. Drat! I would love a garden to explore and as I have been used to using a litter tray I may need one in my new home. I could live with other cats and children but would not like to live with a dog.
