Rosie - 2 year old female Domestic Short-Haired Black and White Cat

I’m little Rosie, I’m a black and white female aged 2 years old and unfortunately I’ve had a hard time before the kind people at the RSPCA took me in. I’m really afraid of all men and also children, so I need a calm lady with experience of cats to live with.

I love to sleep on the bed and sniff my foster-carer’s face when she comes home. Once I trust you I will really appreciate kindness and love. I love it when people talk to me and I’m looking forward to finding a permanent and caring new home.

Bagpuss

Bagpuss is a white and black male who is a bit of a stress head! He cannot cope with being left for long periods of time or in stressful situations. When stressed Bagpuss self harms and makes his stomach sore.  At the moment this behaviour is being controlled by wearing a head collar but once in a home hopefully Bagpuss will be able to be weaned off the head collar.

He also has a flea allergy so needs regular treatment with veterinary products.  Bagpuss is very affectionate and cuddly.  Must be an experienced cat owner. He cannot be rehomed with children or animals.

Greta

Greta is a 6 year old black female who had been kept as an indoor cat and was given to us when a new baby arrived. She was rather stressed when she came to us but she has learned to relax in her new surroundings, helped as always by the ever-present pigeons outside her pen, who seem to be of great therapeutic value to so many of our needier cats.

battersea_greta.JPG

Greta would greatly benefit from being introduced to a garden in her new home and her new people should be aware that she will quite likely make an enthusiastic hunter. She needs experienced, mature, adult owners who will understand that she will take time to settle, although she would be quite happy to be left to doodle about while her people are out at work.

If you think that you can give Greta the space and stability that will make her happy, please contact us today or apply online.

Santa

Santa is a white and tabby male aged between 7-10 years, he is a quiet, serious boy who very much enjoys being in the company of similar adults. He loves being groomed and stroked and he will go all unnecessary at the faintest whiff of catnip.

battersea_santa.JPG

He likes stability and security in his home environment and can be upset by new people, so we are looking for a settled home environment for him where no major lifestyle changes are anticipated.

Tests have shown that Santa is FIV positive, which means that we are looking for a suitable indoor home for him.  As he previously had his own garden plus all the neighbours’ to patrol, he is going to need plenty of space and also a secure roof terrace or courtyard.

Ideally, his people should not be out for a very long working day as he is still relatively young and active. If you can offer Santa a home, please contact us today or apply online.

Little Guy

Little Guy is a 7 year old black male, with his funny fangs and his cute white twinkle toes, he is a cat who prefers the company of adults. He became distressed in his previous home when the kids started coming along, and his people reluctantly decided that he might be happier elsewhere.

battersea_littleguy.JPG

We have found him to be a playful and affectionate fellow, quite adventurous and reasonably tolerant of the other cats in the cattery, although he is not particularly keen to interact with them. He likes to lick people’s hands and is a good lap cat - he does very much enjoy human company. Little Guy needs a home without children now or in the future and he will need access to a garden once settled. He’ll make a loving companion and a happy cat to have around in the right home.

If you think that you would like a Little Guy in your life, please contact us today.
