Amelia – 9 month old female Black and White and Ginger Domestic Short-Haired Cat
Amelia is only 9 months old. She and her 2 kittens were found by a man who had been walking his dog. He came upon a box hidden on a remote path behind some bushes, the box was completely sealed with duct tape. Who ever did this made sure there was no escape. Amelia had bitten and clawed at the box to save her kittens and herself, she managed to make a hole.
When she came to us she was a terrified little girl, she is still shy with strangers, but when she gets to know you she is the most loving, beautiful and affectionate cat.
She is looking for a quiet home, she likes older children but she is not keen on other cats.
Could you be the one to give this special girl a home.

This really affectionate young cat sustained injuries after being hit by a car. He has had an operation to have his leg pinned and should make a full recovery. Sadly he has tested positive for FIV (although showing no symptoms) so he needs to go to an indoor home where he wont mix with FIV negative cats. He is very soppy and likely to be fine with children and cat friendly dogs.
Because of his complications the branch can offer assistance towards future vet bills.
For further details regarding cats available for adoption from RSPCA Cambridge and District branch (reg charity no 205098), please telephone 01638 508316 or email rspcacambridge@aol.com . Older cats always find it harder to find loving new homes to end their days in and so we have set up a "Pension Plan" where, if someone wishes to take an older animal, we're able offer assistance towards vet bills. Please don't overlook our golden oldies as they can make lovely pets. Meet our lovely Abbey, she is 8 years old and looking for a new home. Her mummy has lost her home and the new accommodation did not accept animals – So poor Abbey and her pal Candy the dog have found themselves looking for new homes.
Abbey is a lovely cat, friendly and confused as to why she has to stay in a cage and could not come out with me – very sad going to make somebody a lovely friend. Hope it does not take too long – she is used to living with children and dogs.

Hi my name is Marmalade. I am 13 years old but please don’t stop reading because of my age. I am handsome, and I am very friendly. I like nothing better then laying in the sun or on a bed relaxing. I do like to chat, especially at food time!

I like children, I have lived in a family environment so am used to having children around. Could you be my new family please?

Love, Marmalade

Sammi and Stevie are two lovely 3 month old male Black Domestic Short-Haired Cats.
A bit more reserved than some of his brothers, Sammi is playful and does like to be stroked, but only really seeks it out when he gets to know you, or of course if you’re bringing him food! Sammi seems happiest when he can climb and explore: he likes playing with his brothers, but he’s equally not worried about heading off to find adventure on his own.
Stevie is inquisitive and friendly and is always the first of his brothers to play and pounce! After being poked in the eye by a child Stevie has a severely clouded left eye. He may regain the use of that eye in time, but even if he doesn’t it is unlikely to cause him much inconvenience, and it certainly hasn’t dampened his spirit!
They are all wormed, flee-treated, vaccinated and microchipped but they are too young to be neutered
If you can offer any of these lovely boys a home please call Sarah or Ross on 02380 893188 or info@allanimalrescue.co.uk we are based in the New Forest but will re-home to most places in the U.K.

Pumpkin, Buttons and Embers DSH male kittens were born on the 24th March 2010 whilst in foster care.Ready for re-homing now. (Their mother Cinders is featured separately). They all have wonderful personalities. Embers is the black and white one.
They are very friendly and play gently so would be suitable for a family with older children. They enjoy snuggling up at night time and do not disturb you when you are sleeping! None of them have been destructive as they have lots of toys and a scratching post to climb! Pumpkin and Buttons in our opinion are the most suited pair and we would like these to go together. Embers can be re-homed on his own if someone is looking for a single kitten or could be re-homed with his mum, Cinders. We shall pay for the neutering costs, vaccinations, microchipping and flea/worm prevention.

Max – 4 year old male Tabby Domestic Short-Haired Cat
Hi there! I am Max and I am 4 years old. Unfortunately my previous owner had to move and couldn’t take me along so I have come here to look for a new home. You will find me a friendly chap and I shall even sit on your lap if I get the chance. I can live with children but I’m not sure about other pets so perhaps someone will love me all on my lonesome!

Hi, my name is Timmy and I am 11 years old. The staff here say I am a lovely chap and I am enjoying the attention they are giving me. My elderly owner had been in hospital and then went into Residential Care and I had been ‘home alone’ for quite a long time. I can live with older children but would need to be the only pet.
