Frankie - 4 year old male Domestic Short-Haired White Cat
I am Frankie, a friendly white male cat about 4 years old. Although I am deaf, I can read your lips and can comminicate with you. I really need a home where I can stay safe indoors, preferably without other pets or young children. I respond to lots of cuddles especially behind my ears and on my tummy. I keep myself very clean and I enjoy being groomed.
Mojo - 8 year old male Long-Haired Siamese Cat
Mojo is an 8 year old white longhaired Siamese. He is very affectionate and needs a home which will stimulate him and keep him busy. He likes children (10+) but not other cats and dogs.

Poppy is a 7 year old black and white female who unfortunately was found dumped at the Sanctuary gate. She is very friendly and is looking for a home where she can be loved. She could live with other cats and dogs and children aged 10+.

Tinks is a 3 1/2 year old female with a very versatile personality. She’s a vocal cat who absolutely loves attention and literally throws herself around to receive it! She does however, sometimes get carried away with the moment and can swipe with the excitement; it’s usually a bat of the paw rather than claws, but she can catch you by surprise!
She’s an energetic cat with a very playful personality who loves to stalk and chase a toy; she’ll require an equally energetic owner, but also one who can keep her excitement under control! Tinks has been known to display a bit of hissing and growling, and was brought to the Mayhew by her previous owner because she was afraid of the family’s new baby, so she’ll need to be re-homed in an environment without any young children.
Despite living with both cats and dogs in her previous home, she has shown a great disliking to them and would therefore need to be re-homed to a home without existing pets.

Lenny is an adult black and white domestic long-haired male. Lenny was an abandoned cat who was “sleeping rough” outside a children’s community centre. Lenny will suit any loving home, although he will not be suitable with very young children.
Lenny had a very badly matted coat on admission, which had to be removed by the vet under sedation. Lenny’s new owner must follow a regular grooming routine, the good news is that Lenny enjoys being brushed!

Penelope was abandoned when her owners moved, she was admitted with one new born kitten plus one older kitten (Douglass) from last year. Tigger is a male ginger cat aged 8 years. He can be nervous of new people so is looking for a quiet home with children aged 12+. He likes to go outside and would love a garden to sit in.
