Ginge – 4 1/2 year old male Ginger Domestic Short-Haired Cat

Hi my name is Ginge and I am 4½ years old. I am very friendly and affectionate and could live with children, other cats and possibly a small dog. I love sitting on the window ledge as I am a nosey boy and when I go outside I will only explore the local neighbourhood. I came into the sanctuary because my mum had a bad back and she could no longer care for me.

Onion – 6-7 year old female Tortoiseshell Domestic Short-Haired Cat

I am a female aged between 6-7 years and my name is Onion. I am a lovely, affectionate girl and I am not used to being left on my own so would really love a home where I can get lots of companionship. I like to go outside although I won’t go far so a garden to explore would be ideal. I could possibly share my home with another cat but I wouldn’t like to live with a dog.

Fred – 4 year old male Russian Blue Cross

Fred is a 4 year old lovely friendly grey cat – possibly Russian Blue cross. He has an unusual skin condition resulting in cysts which make him feel rather lumpy but they are benign & he has had the largest ones removed. Once his furs grown he will be very handsome. He is used to living with a dog and other cats.

For further details regarding cats available for adoption from RSPCA Cambridge and District branch (reg charity no 205098), please telephone 01638 508316 or email rspcacambridge@aol.com . Older cats always find it harder to find loving new homes to end their days in and so we have set up a "Pension Plan" where, if someone wishes to take an older animal, we're able offer assistance towards vet bills. Please don't overlook our golden oldies as they can make lovely pets. Visit our Website

Patch – 10 year old male Grey and White Domestic Short-Haired Cat

Patch is a gorgeous 10 year old male Grey and White cat. Patch has come from a home with two adults and no children. Patch is fine with other cats although it may take him some time to get used to other cats in the household, it is not known how he behaves with dogs.

Patch is a very friendly cat who loves human company but may be slightly shy when first meeting new people. Patch is an inquisitive cat who likes to explore his surroundings so will need to go to a home where he will be able to come and go as he pleases and where he will have plenty of space to explore. Patch is an affectionate cat who has a lot of love to give his new owners and would make a rewarding pet for someone who can give him the love and attention he requires.

Tabitha – 2-3 year old female Tabby Domestic Short-Haired Cat

Tabitha is a 2-3 year old female, neutered and vaccinated. She is very loving, active, happy, friendly, playful and good with other animals. She was found with a group of other cats and kittens in an airfield just outside of Stratford-on-Avon and all the others have been rehomed and she is the last to find a new home. She would suit a young family or young couple as she is active and playful. She would love a new home as she is finding it hard to settle into the kennels.
