Sherry – 12 year old female Black Domestic Short-Haired Cat

RSPCA South Cotswolds Branch February 24, 2010

Hello My name is Sherry, I am a mature girl of 12 years, but please don’t be put off by my 12 years of maturity & experience, it just means I know how to behave. I am in good health, and am very affectionate, I soooo love a chin tickle & an ear rub, oh yessss Purr…Purr…Purr.

GREAT NEWS! This Cat Has Now Been Rehomed
Thanks to good people like yourself who use Cat Adoption UK on a daily basis, this cat has now found a new, permanent loving home. There are more cats still looking though…

  • Misty – 8-9 year old female Tabby and White Domestic Short-Haired Cat

Even though I am affectionate I am not a lap cat, I like my own seat, but like to sit by you, as I like the company and be to be in the same room as you. I sometimes might sit with my back to you but this just means, I want to be close but not mushed about. If you work, I will be ready to welcome you with my Big welcome home green eyes, and be ready for a nice meal with you.

When I arrived at the rescue I was in fit glorious shape, well round is a shape isn`t it?, but I have since lost a pound or two and am now more an ellipse shape. My previous owner was elderly and sadly passed away, so I came here for a little while, while I am seeking out my new home. My favourite hobbies are finding a nice sunny spot and sleeping in it. I dont like the outdoors too much, I prefer to stay inside where it is safe, though I would like the opportunity to sit on the patio for a minute or two if you are out there, just to get a little air through my whiskers.

I would like an adult home only please, as children would be too fast for me and would upset and scare me, as loud noise do not suit my delicate ears. Please don`t be afraid to come and see me, you will fall in love with me I promise, I so want my own seat in your home so I can dream away to heart content.
