We seem to have been seeing quite a few stout parties here in Battersea recently, and the latest super sized model is Gizmo, a black and white female aged between 8-9 years old. Weighing in at 8.4 kilos, she is about twice the size that she should be. Gizmo came in because she was fighting with the other cat in her previous home, and she does sometimes have her little hissy fits when she sees all the other cats around her in the cattery.
For the most part, she generous with her affections and likes being stroked and groomed just about as much as she likes chicken. Gizmo could live with teenage children and needs a home with some stairs and also a garden. Her new people must be committed to continuing with her weight loss programme and must be strong-minded enough not to give in to her pleading looks. Keep her out of the way at meal times!
If you think that you can help Gizmo, please come in to Battersea to register or leave a message for Ros on 020 7627 9234 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting 07/50104. Prospective owners will need to speak to a Battersea vet prior to rehoming.
Please note that there are many cats in the Home and in our satellite sites of all ages, shapes and sizes and we are only able to feature a small selection on the web.
